Labuan Day 1: Onward, FORE!

First, we were District champ.

And then there was state.
That's my sister, Iz. The corrupt and useless, lame-o policeman. But I love her.

And now, it's the National Drama Competition 2008, babeh! So off we go to Labuan. An exotic island. Ooh.

Basically, Day 1 is all about getting on planes, getting off planes, hanging around the airports and messing around with the air stewardesses’ patience. We took AirAsia.

After all, we are supposed to be drama queens. I think we actually finished off the food in the plane from KL to Labuan. The roti jala is goooooood.

We reached Labuan at about 9 PM tops. Oh, did I say anything about our accommodation? Frickin’ awesome. I love Beta Apartment! Oh, and it's attached to a shopping mall. We'll attack that later. I think I got a little too excited.

This is the dining room. Where we dump our props.

The double single-bedroom. Belonging to Pa (Joanne) and Ah Long 2 (Liz).

My room. Okay, Paris (Reen), Peter (Mei Yen) and...the lamp post. No. Atmosphere creator. It looks nice coz we haven't messed it up yet.


The bathroom. Which has got no water heater. Only in our darn unit. Damn. Oh, well. Shit happens. At least I am guaranteed to be wide awake when I step out of the shower. Yeah, shower. I have NO IDEA how to work the Jacuzzi. Besides, there is a huge window overlooking the tub. Don’t ask me why it’s there.


We should be sleeping but we played mahjong! Damn, I love mahjong. Without the money, of course.


God knows a bunch of betting enforcers (or something along those lines) might be outside our door waiting to catch us betting or something.

One last cam-whoring moment before I tuck my self in to sleep. That's me on the right and Mei Yen on the left.

Great. Now I can't sleep.
